TRACE - Transatlantic Childrens' Enterprise

Welcome to the website of the original T.R.A.C.E. organisation. TRACE is a non-profit, self-help group for families and American military fathers (G.I.s) separated during WWII and in the following years. We help members to help themselves by means of contacts and friends built up over the years in the UK and USA.

TRACE was founded by the late Pamela Winfield MBE in 1986, and so celebrated its 20th Anniversary recently. A memorial tree was planted for Pamela in the 'Peace Garden' at the Imperial War Museum, London, on the anniversary of V.E. day in June 2005.
